10m2 raised boarding
Providing a strong, sturdy flooring space in your loft. Plenty space is left underneath for your insulation. Insulation will always be checked prior to boarding.
Easy pull down aluminium ladder
Included in our package deal is either a 2 or 3 piece sliding aluminium ladder and fitting. If your loft hatch isn't suitable we'll discuss your options during your free survey.
Bright LED lighting
What good is all this new storage space if you can't see? We'll sort that out. A single or multiple, motion sensing LED lights will be fitted where they'll work best.

Raised loft flooring
We only install raised loft flooring. Using our hybrid stilt & timber approach, we can build loft boarding to just the right height in pretty much any loft. That means no crushed insulation coupled with a very, very long lifespan. In fact, we're so confident in our products and abilities that we'll guarantee the lot for life!
Ladders & hatches
Getting in and out of your loft is as important as the boarding you'll store and walk on. We supply and fit a range of timber and aluminium ladders as well as insulated hatches. We can also carry out hatch enlargement and relocation.
Loft extras
You can get in and out, you can get around the loft without falling through your ceiling. Now what? Lighting, shelving, insulation, dust protection. It's all available. Just ask us during the survey exactly what we can do to maximise your lofts storage capabilities.

Discuss your needs
At your appointment, our surveyor will have a chat with you to find out what you want to achieve in your loft. They'll then carry out a full survey of your loft.
Book your installation
We'll get you booked in for the installation at a time that works best for you. Most installations are completed in less than a day!
Transformation day
Our team will arrive at your property and get to work straight away. Friendly, professional and efficient. Everything will be completed in line with our agreed timescale and you'll be ready to use your loft like never before.
